Voucher Terms and Conditions for The Artisan Restaurant

• Please note that regular brunch vouchers cannot be redeemed for Advent Brunches due to their special pricing; however, guests can enjoy Advent Brunches by simply paying the price difference.
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the voucher.
• The voucher validity cannot be extended (only in exceptional cases).
• The voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
• The restaurant reserves the right to decline reservations during high restaurant occupancy; purchasing a voucher does not guarantee a reservation.
• The value voucher can be used to pay for any consumption at the restaurant (beverages, alcohol, food).
• Unused vouchers within the validity period will expire without the option of exchange or refund.
• The voucher can be used for a single transaction only; any remaining value is not convertible to cash or other vouchers and automatically forfeits.
• If a customer purchases vouchers for a company, it is necessary to provide corporate information for invoice issuance directly at the time of purchase; invoices with VAT numbers cannot be issued retroactively.
• The restaurant reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice.
